SHRIMP SALAD WRAPS
Ingredients

tsp olive oil

tsp ginger root, grated

small can mushrooms

1/2 cup pet milk
-
1/4 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

medium nectarine, chopped

medium apple, chopped

small wheat wraps
Instructions
1) In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil.
2) Sauté mushrooms and gingerroot, about 1 minute.
3) Stir in pet milk and transfer to a medium bowl.
4) Stir in shrimp, nectarine, and apple.
5) Refrigerate, covered, until flavors are blended, about 3 hours.
6) Spoon shrimp salad into wraps.
