SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48
hours of receipt of payment. We currently ship within the United States. Orders
will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal
Service (USPS).
REFUND POLICY
Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is a
problem with your order, you will need to contact us within 7 business days of
receipt by email at
support@potware.com. There is a 30 day guarantee of product
from the receipt of order. After the 30 days, the Manufacturers warranty will be
in place. Packages returned after the 30 days will be returned to the buyer to
send to the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of your item, Potware.com will issue a credit less handling fees
and the original shipping fees. Potware.com charges a 15% restocking fee for all
non-damaged/ non-defective returned items.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in original packaging and in
its original condition. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or
packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be
accepted and will be returned to you, unless damages were caused during
shipping.
We are sorry, but we are not able to accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
CANCELLATION
Any order may be canceled prior to shipment
confirmation. Please make your request by emailing
support@potware.com.
